I received GREAT MEDICAL TREATMENT from AIC. I must admit I was quite impressed from the moment I encountered Kelly at the Receptionist desk to the NP to meeting you and Ms. Destiny. The treatment I received on Wednesday December 8, 2021 was one I was skeptical to go through before arriving at the facility simply because hearing "neck injection" just didn't sit well, but after praying and then upon arriving and talking with Destiny, who truly calmed my nerves and hearing you profess your belief in Jesus being with you, all of my doubts and fears were set aside. I KNEW I WAS IN GREAT HANDS. Your minute-by-minute description of what was happening was well appreciated. After arriving home and taking a much needed nap (I was in so much pain I have not slept a good 8 hours of rest since this incident) I felt no pain in my neck, back, or left arm. I am however still having numbness in my right hand and fingers but not as bad as before.

Again Dr. Bartmess, I THANK YOU and the entire staff that makes up Advanced Injury Care for an outstanding experience in medical and rehabilitation experience. I most certainly will recommend anyone I know who needs this attention to your facilities.

Advanced Injury has been so wonderful including all staff members. Very supportive, well informed and willing to offer help and assistance. The professionalism, attitudes, kindness & cooperation has been amazing. Our experience from first appointment to current appointment has been fantastic and made up feel supported, friendly, and welcomed.

When I first came, AIC was very welcoming, made me feel like you really cared, every single employee made me feel like they cared. Info I received from staff and providers, the communication was fabulous, every time the staff said they would do something, they did it. I appreciate everyone for that. Therapy was great too, I still do my stretches at home and learned a lot, it helps me get through the day.

AIC has helped to relieve the pain in my neck and low back with the procedures I have completed. I was having pain in one of my legs and when I told them about it they responded quickly and sent me to the emergency room for evaluation of a possible blood clot. I had to have surgery and two stents placed. Thanks to AIC I am still here today.

I was in a hit and run accident, and didn’t know where to go for treatment. I found Advanced Injury Care, and was able to get an appointment the same day I called them.  My neck and back were in a lot of pain from being hit. I was able to get pain management injections, which drastically decreased my pain.  I visited all three locations and was greeted with a smile each time.  AIC made my recovery an easy process.

I went to Advanced Injury Care after a fall because I injured my knee. Dr. Stahle explained everything to me each step of the way.  I went to physical therapy and had an injection, which helped a lot. The staff is more than accommodating and actually listened to me. If you get in an accident, I highly recommend their services.

I went to the Dunn Rd office after an accident. It was nice having an office so close by. My car was totaled after my accident so I used their transportation. They picked me up from my house and took me home. I feel much better after Physical Therapy and a few shots from Kelley. Everyone was always nice and answered all of my questions.
